The absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Terrible service and 99% of the time you get random stuff you didn't order.... Half the employees look like they are on meth. Will not answer the phone for any reason. That place need a complete purge. Fireall employees and hire new. Read more
Why is it you never get your order the way you order it. Smokey bacon quarter pounder, with mo bacon. Leadership starts at the... top and they need new management in delphi. And stop hiring from the high school. Clearly the kids aren't ready for theresponsibility. Read more
Worst McDonald's anywhere! I'm sure they never clean their tables. Every time I go there every table is dirty and I never see... anyone clean a single one. They're always out of everything. They're slow. But I guess we can't complain because, "we're shorthanded". This is just the new normal. I guess the options are, don't go to McDonald's or put up with it. Read more
Our experience was not good. My husband and I were driving to Griffith to visit my brother and we stopped on the way to grab a... sandwich for lunch. My husband ordered 2 PLAIN McChickens. Repeated it twice to the worker and she even said it back. Well, wegot up to the window to get our food and was told to park in an order ahead spot (rudely) as I may add because our food wasn'tready. I don't mind waiting. No big deal....but we only ordered 2 McChickens, one quarter pounder, and one large fry. We didn'teven order drinks. Not that big of an order but that was fine still no issue. Well, we drive to the spot to wait. We waited for15-20 mins. Finally got our food and we left. Big mistake. We hardly ever do that. We usually check to make sure our food iscorrect but we were ready to get where we were going. We get a while down the road and I give my husband his sandwich because hewas driving and it was not plain. Neither one was plain. He was very aggravated and as was I because I had to remove his lettuceand mayo because he was driving. Well, whatever I'll do it because he was hungry and wanted the sandwich anyway. Welp, I look inthe bag and no napkins. Not even one. Because not to mention them getting the sandwiches wrong my quarter pounder was absolutelydisgusting. I know, McDonald's is not healthy and I know it has grease but it was dripping grease....badly. We will not be goingback. Read more

We usually stop here on the way home from Indiana Beach for a reasonably priced meal. I don't think I have ever had hotter... french fries and everything else was good too. This was about 6PM. Read more
Your typical McDonald's. The staff was friendly and quick with our meal and I must say this is the first one I've been to that... hasn't gotten my order wrong. My orders ate normally pretty big with my sized family so I'm pretty use to missing an item ortwo. This staff seems to really work well together and it shows in their customer service. Read more
Ordered Breakfast meals got no potatoes only got 1 burrito instead of two. Both windows had to ask what we ordered. This place... is terrible no wonder no one was in line. Read more
