I have no idea how they even have good reviews. First of all I asked for Italian herbs and cheese bread, no big deal, but they... could have at least made up for it by making a pretty darn good sandwich as subway usually does, mine was not even toasted,asked for extra mayo and got only a little mayo, bread had something wrong with it for sure, lady?s were kinda rude and veryvery very slow. Certainly not the end of subway for me, but it?s most definitely the end of subway in Delmar for me. Read more
Very disappointed, management here is very poor. This is the 2nd time there was only 1 lady working. I ordered online and my... pickup was scheduled at 7:20, they didn?t get started on my order until 7:35. I stood at express checkout being ignored for like10 minutes before I decided to get in the regular line. I finally got my order by 8:02 pm. I understand it?s a hard time to getpeople to work but that poor lady cannot do it all by Herself. This was ridiculous. Do better subway! Read more
We tried the new sub menu, and the food was great. Easy to order, and it was prepared quickly. I was critical of my last visit... here, but today, I was impressed, something not easily done. Everyone was courteous, helpful and friendly! Read more
We went there today for the free 6 inch offer. The sandwiches were very delicious, but the ladies making the sandwiches were... the real stars! They helped me with our selection, and were very friendly the entire time! Refreshing to see people who wereglad to help. Read more
The subs we got were very thin, there wasn?t any lettuce, our sandwiches were toasted when we only wanted the meat and cheese... warmed. Kids meal was suppose to $5.19 I paid $7.07. Customer service was okay, but the manager was not trying to help me figureout what was wrong with the total saying the extra $2 was tax. Read more
