Everything is always great except in the time I've been there the blonde barista is rude, prepares food without gloves and... touches it, is never wearing any shoes, is covered in hair, and has gotten caught stealing. The coffee is really good though. Read more
Ordered an italian cream soda that was delicious and two hot vanilla caramel lattes. Wonderful drinks and the shop itself is so... warm and inviting. Staff was very friendly and helpful to us. Will definitely visit there again Read more
I would give this place a higher rating, but it's come to my attention that the owners really don't like to hang around to run... their own business. Numerous occasions I've seen them leave while the going was getting busy. I.E only saw one employee in theshop taking multiple drink orders on top of making drinks with owner standing there talking to customers with no intention ofhelping. He left a few minutes after the customer left. It's a nice place to be, don't get me wrong. But in a small town, Iexpected a tad bit more of that small town kindness everyone loves to rave about in Dell Rapids. But I will say that oneemployee really made it up for being left alone and taking all the orders after boss left. Thank you to that kind lady.
