Service was great, nice, clean place with inside and outside seating. Brisket was good, flavorful, had very good "bark". Pulled... pork had a favor that i wasnt familiar with, that kinda turned me off to it. 1/2 chicken was good, but had an odd almost "tacoseasoning" kind of flavor that was off to me. Brisket burgers were not enjoyed by the ladies of the house, again, just a flavorthat we are not used to. Mac n cheese was very bland with not much cheese sauce. We had passed this place on our way to go riding motorcycles in the Poconos and decided to give it a try on the way home. Place... was packed but we stayed and so glad we did. Food was amazing even though they were beginning to run out of certain menu itemssince it was late in the day. True sign of a great bbq joint is when they are running out of food to serve. The woman at thecounter was fun, helpful (despite being understaffed) and super appreciative of each and every customer. Hands Down Best BBQ place around this area. We tried 90% of the menu and everything was Fantastic. Then you add the Atmosphere... and the Friendlest staff and Onwer Debbie. Debbie was Great with my kids and also the other tables in their establishment. TheBurnt Ends of Brisket were the Best Ive had in the Northeast. They also make homade Ice cream which was a Delight and verytasteful. Don't miss out on your chance to have some of the Best BBQ and Homemade Ice cream in the whole Area. Great spot to enjoy BBQ, outdoor patio and indoor dining room are both awesome. The burnt ends are a perfect choice, also the... mac and cheese is soooo good. I am biased to baby back ribs, but these St. Louis ribs are pretty good. I got a half rack. Allother portions were 1/4 lb. Definitely reasonably priced, I highly recommend trying a bit of everything. Such a nice spot! Cute rustic decor and ample seating both inside and outside, coupled with really delicious food and amazing... customer service. The owner was so nice and welcoming to all of us and our 2 canine companions - loved to hear the story ofBosco, her chocolate lab! The restaurant was larger then I expected. Well designed area with smokers on the side of the building. The owner is wonderful.... My favorite part was the chicken, cornbread and baked beans.
