Stopped in to Olivia’s Taproom for a quick bite and we were so impressed. The vibe was relaxed but upscale. Our server... Christopher was attentive but knew just when to hang back. The charcuterie board had three items but each one was superb. Wewere served crusty bread with incredibly flavorful olive oil and balsamic for dipping. My husband enjoyed the Roma flatbread. Mysharwarma was excellent- it had tzatziki and hummus. Even the olives were fabulous. We were so glad we stopped by, and we willbe back soon! Read more
My wife and I first found this place a couple months ago for the olive oil and various vinegar blends they offer. By far the... BEST we have had. Our favorite is the fig balsamic. Trust me……you’ll love it. Tonight we went in for dinner and I feltcompelled to leave this review. The food was amazing, service was better than we have had at other places in months, and thewait staff friendly as well. We just found our new Friday night go to for a great meal and a cocktail. Delicious food and friendly staff. They are open for lunch and you can dine in without reservations (I wasn’t sure due to... Covid so I called ahead to ask). We were there around 1p and it was still steady with the lunch crowd, mostly with people comingin to pick up orders, also some holiday shoppers. They had some nice gift baskets for the season. Meatballs were not edible they were so burnt. They were hard, dry, and visibly black, not sure how they were allowed to leave... the kitchen. Chicken was dry, pasta sauce had the consistency of a gravy and was flavorless. Basil on the flatbread wasflavorless and shriveled up. Food and drinks all came out at different times. We asked for butter with our bread and they saidthey don’t have any. The bartender came to apologize for the food quality before the manager did. Stopped in after dinner to grab a drink from the new bar. Let me say that it is impressive. Speaking of impressive, the... bartender was fantastic and fun to talk to. The selection of cocktails is second to none. The new dining room is calm andwelcoming. Makes me want to steal some decor ideas. They are renovating the kitchen so excited to try some new food offerings.Take a chance and stop in, I don't think you'll be disappointed. Read more
Stopped by for a quick lunch on a weekday as this was on our "want to go" list for awhile. This small-ish spot was an... excellent choice. While they do sell vinegars and infused olive oils, the real treat is the wine selection, lighter foodchoices, and the fact that they also have a small selection of mixed-drinks available. A fair amount of seating is available(maybe space for 20 people total). Very reasonably priced for how good the food was, we ordered a soup and salad and one of thesandwiches. What a great hangout! We unknowingly got to participate in their testing of brunch. It was amazing!! We ordered the Toasted... ham& brie French croissant - a great mix of savory flavors. Salted carmel whiskey pancakes - a sweet twist to a fallclassic. Olivina Omlet - great vegetarian option with mushrooms and spinach. A mimosa with the same hand poor as my at homebar tender finished this meal off as repeatable. Also bought 2 vinegar bottles to try at home. Stay tuned. Read more
