Don't order on DoorDash unless you are okay with waiting over an hour for a single sandwich. You also don't the option to... contact DoorDash's customer service since Jimmy John's controls the delivery. I guess this location has a different idea of whatFreaky Fast is...I'm going to file a complaint with DoorDash and suggest that they pull this location off of the app sinceJimmy's is not appropriately staffed to handle realistic delivery times during core businesses hours. Based upon reading otherreviews, I fully expect the Jimmy John's "Owner" (aka, either a bot or some random assistant) to reply to my review and saythat's not how we roll, contact customer service and we'll contact the franchise owner, blah blah blah blah. (Because theactual "owner" of JJ's corporate has time to respond to each review. Uh huh...) Well this has going on for quite some time atleast a few years and nothing's changed. Went to get dinner and they were closed. Hours said open until 10. It was 9. Online ordering was still available and I was going... to do that but glad I didn?t as I never would have gotten my food. Highly disappointed as I was craving a Pepe. Should have readthe reviews on here first. I get that everyone is understaffed but an update to the hours/online ordering system would help alot. Ordered lunch to the office where I was training with a clear address and instructions. My food got delivered to a concrete... business down the street. So I called the store asking about my delivery I'd been waiting on for 45 min at that point. The storedidn't offer any resolution so I left my online meeting drove to the other business to collect my lunch. The driver had cameback and grabbed it to deliver it to me correctly but now I had driven down the street for nothing.jimmie John's offered nothingI had to ask if they were gonna complicate for my troubles he said "I guess I can give you a free sandwich card" he made itsound like it wasn't something he really wanted to do and honestly they truly owe me my money back fully as well for the hour oftime I lost that interrupted my online meeting lunch time and work day. It left me with 5min to eat and relax for my lunchbefore I had to be back on line. Extremely disappointed in this company. After reading other reviews this is the mostreoccurring issue, my suggestion would be just leave this town jimmy John's and don't come back, poor service in Delawaredoesn't go unnoticed and you will crash and burn like so many other poor service food businesses have. First time I ordered delivery took over an hour. K, so next time I just ordered to pick it up. 45 minutes later the app says... food isn't ready, so I call the store. "Oh yeah, it's ready". After I hung up the phone the app updated to order ready. Theydidn't update it at the store that my order was ready until after I called. My food sat on a stand for pick up for almost anhour for no reason. Ordered again app never updates. Call the store. It's ready. Hang up, app updates that the order is ready.So again, because the employees can't hit a button that the order is ready my food sat forever, unrefrigerated on a stand for noreason. It's not like they're even busy. Every time I've come in the employees are doing literally nothing. Just standing there.& They didn't even acknowledge my presence when I did pick up my food.
