100% of the time at this location, I'm not given the sauce for my order. Sometimes I'll even tell them at the window to make... sure they put the sauce in the bag, and then they still don't. Has happened 20+ times to me. However, drive through times arequick and it is appreciated. Read more
I ordered with the app, but when I arrived to pick it up, the order had not gone through. I checked and saw that my credit card... had been charged, and I had ordered from the correct restaurant, but they did not get the order and it did not show up in theapp that I had ordered it. But even though this was not their problem, the manager stepped in and asked what I ordered and madeit for me and gave it to me without asking for anything else. I have only had one order messed up the entire time they've been open. And when I called in, they made sure I was able to come... in (at my convenience) and get my order replaced. love them Read more
They make the best whopper around. Way way better than the other burger kings. Juices galore and you actually taste the flame... broiled char. If every burger King could do woppers like this one they would rule the world. Nice hustle guys Read more
Seems like they have hired more employees which is nice. The times I've dined in during lunch have been wonderful. Staff were... courteous and friendly. Food was hot and correct. They've also updated their drink machine to a touch screen. It would be 5stars, but the drive-thru in the evenings is a long wait, orders being correct are hit and miss too. Read more
Service is slow but the food is good. Overall, this is a good Burger King location. I always get the Impossible Whopper here.
***IF THEY SAY MOVE UP CANCEL YOUR ORDER OR REFUSE NOT TO MOVE UP***Worst experience ever If I were you I would take the extra... 10 minutes to go to another Burger King as that is how long you will be waiting in the drive-through plus more time. I calledthem on my spicy chicken sandwich as it doesnt even cover half the bun (the reason i was in the drive thru for over 10 mins) shethan says well would you like to come talk to my store manager in person? Lmao really what will that solve and than she asked ifod like to leave my home again with 3 kids and come back for another one which would include the over 10 min wait again!!!
