we waited 40+ minutes for 2 sandwiches absolutely disgusting and disappointing, never again.
Went in to have dinner with my kids, it was super hot inside! We were all sweating while we sat there waiting for over an hour... for our order. I had to ask how much longer? They said 5 minutes but I believe they forgot about us. They were just doing pickup orders. Once we finally got our food, our fries were cold! I took them back and they gave us more and to our surprise theyweren?t fresh just warm and super salty. The wings were good though. An apology would of been nice all they did was put abrownie in our bag. I understand they were short staffed but you need to have manners and be understanding to the customer. Read more

One of the workers accused me of being a ?scammer? because she forgot to put the ranch in my order but in her words, ?i could?ve... swore i put the ranch in there, a lot of people try to scam us and my mom told me to never trust anyone? very rude.
