Slowest starbucks ever drive thru needs improvement
I ordered Matcha latte with oatmilk and it tasted like milk mixed with oatmilk which made my stomach hurt since Im lactose... intolerant. Please if you made a mistake dont hesitate to take back the item and replace it with the actual order. This was abad experience for me. Read more

Coffee good, quick and friendly service, however I asked for warm coffee kids temperature, they gave it really hot and with no... cup cover, could barely hold it let alone drink it till 30 minutes later. Makes me wonder if they did it on purpose for tellingthem twice warm not hot. Read more
We went drive thru ordered Pink drink Trenta there was maybe 6 cars ahead of us. Finally 20 min later we finally get to orders... we actually pulled up to the speaker and didn?t get help until 6 min later finally we get to the window to pay we do so and whenshe is handing us our drinks we noticed they were the wrong size . She asked us to pull in the parking to get down so we?reinside were explained the mistake to the cashier and asked my daughter to slide the credit card she charged us again full priceinstead of just charging me the difference for the larger size. We waited there for another 30 min while waiting there mydaughter and I seen 2 customers go back saying they got the wrong order one the pastry?s. If you are in Delano and wantStarbucks I highly suggest going to the one on Woollomes by Walmart . I don?t know if it was just Bad Day for them but the waitand service was nothing I was impressed with. Read more
