It was extremely long line for food. People were walking out without ordering. We used mobile app. Should have ready quick. They... said they never got it. We did again. It was 45 minutes all told. Food was very good. I am not sure what the problem they werehaving. Read more
Was very pleased with my visit today, March 11, at Wendy's. I went through the drive-thru for breakfast with very little wait... time. The lady taking my order was very pleasant and patient, she didn't rush me at all while ordering, making sure not tointerrupt before I was finished. No sooner did I pull up to the window and pay they had my food ready. My potato wedges werefull and not half empty, my biscuits and gravy had a good amount of gravy and the bicuit wasn't over cooked or hard, and mysandwich was well made and had nice strips of bacon. My food was exceptional, hot, yummy, and well made. I have no complaints atall. My experience overall today at this particular Wendy's was enjoyable. Read more
Went to the drive thru on Friday at 11pm, ordered the $5 Biggie Bag, got home (abt 3 mi) food was ice cold, like it was in the... fridge, food was not freshly made, had been sitting out, hamburger patties were cold too but burnt, like cardboard, was not asordered and was inedible, fries were cold & only half full, cooking chicken nuggets cold & mushy, ordered drink with no ice,was chock full of ice. Will never come back to this location. The front clerk (Dawn) was busy chewing her gum while taking orders, not very appetizing.... She walked into the dining room and complained that the back cooks didn't know what they were doing. Not very professional, thenagain it is fast food. Fries were old and cold. Replaced them up front, Dawn tells me in front of another customer that theyneed to replace the grease. Good to know. The unsweet tea had a hint of strawberry to it, rather gross. The S'awsome saucelooked old, probably due to its location next to the fryer, didn't eat it because it had a weird off color to it as the productcontains egg yolks and heating this frequently can't be good. Dave would not be happy with this location, not one bit. Notsurprised why no one was in here at 5pm. Place was not clean. EDIT: Called corporate that day who assured me that the DistrictMgr would call, so far they hadn't called back regarding the incident. This is not Dave Thomas' Wendy's anymore. It's apparentthat everything trickles down, mgmt doesn't care about the customer so why should you expect the employees to care either. I.E.gum chewing Dawn. Read more
