The 1 star is for our waiter, He was extremely nice and attentive. As for the food, SUPER BLAND! I got the fajita mix which only... came with only onions. When the food was placed on the table I could see that the chicken and steak was super stiff, went to putit on the corn tortilla and it was so tough you could barely stick a fork in it let along get your teeth in it. I tried to eatsome of it and I only got enough lettuce, tomato, onion and guacamole on the plate for 2 fajitas when I had 4 tortilla shells.My husband had crispy chicken tacos which he said was trash. We struggled to eat the food but couldn?t take it any more,everything was Super Bland and will not be returning! It?s not that hard to add seasoning to food, this is the first Mexicanrestaurant we?ve been to where they don?t season the meats! Read more
Food was great! I had the mole enchiladas and my wife had steak fajita salad. Both were very good and service was great too.
I do not understand any of the bad reviews about this place. I love Mexican food and this place is phenomenal! I have been here... a few times and the combination of great customer service, FAST food, great taste, and great pricing has me coming back againand again! The staff was very attentive and helpful. Food is bad. Got the Mahi (surprise or something). Fish and shrimp were really salty. The rice had so much cheese melted in it... that it was a mushy mess. They put the top cut part of the tomatoes in the mess. Fajitas were really overcooked. Carnitas weredry. I think they have stuff precooked and then put into the microwave. Read more

We had the Lunch Special 11:00 am to 3:00 pm Fajita Mix Steak and Chicken and it was only $12 . We were transported back to... mexico with the exuberant authentic mexican flavors. The Steak and the chicken came sizzling in a cast iron skillet and in aseparate plate, the fajitas with the rice, beans, avocado and salad, it was enought for two, I shared it with my husband. Thisplace is the best mexican restaurant in Deland. Our waiter Ricky and all the staff were very attentive and pending of all littledetails, from the host sitting us on the table, to the waitress that brought us the compliment chips with 2 hot sauces, one redmild and one green stronger. We like both sauces. It was a great Nd unforgetable dining experience. We are coming back to tryall the plates. Read more
Place is super nice , the service is fast and nice people, place is clean as well the bathrooms, i.like the place it is fancy, ... now I do have my complaint I other a compares burrito! And the chicken was just boiled and wrapped with beens... no taste it wasflat !! My food was super big and nice presentation but sorry it taste bad no even close to a texmex burrito (because is no wayit is a Mexican burrito) hope they fix that , I will keep training more from the menu Read more
This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in DeLand! Everytime I visit, I am more than pleased. The food is always fresh and... delicious and the service is always great!
