I tried to order a small peanut butter sundae with oreo topping. The person at the drive thru said they couldn't place my order... and was only able to add one topping. I asked them if they could charge me for the extra topping but then they said theycouldn't do it. They gave me some excuse about how the computer wouldn't let them make the change. I said, "I've been to manyDQs and this hasn't been an issue." They replied, "We can give you the additional topping in a separate cup." Lately, I've beenamazed at how people are unwilling to provide customers with the best possible service even when their request is reasonable.What happened to the customer is always right? Read more

I go to a lot of Dairy Queens around central FL, but this is one of my favorites. Contrary to a lot of these reviews, the staff... have actually been so strikingly friendly and pleasant every time I go through for a blizzard, I wanted to commend them on theirservice. My husband and I have independently commented on this to each other, since we used to live in Orlando where we wouldlaugh at how downright mean some of the staff were at one DQ went to. The burger was amazing. Customer service needs work. Manager or owner was rude and snappy. Guy at register was also. I heard him... snap at another co worker who was obviously new. Blizzard was classic and delicious. It was not packed when we went inside so itwas very nice atmosphere. Read more

Usually just get dessert at DQ, ordered lunch today and have to say was really impressed with the double cheese burger and... fries. Better than McDonald's any day. The restaurant and restrooms were very clean,great job to the employees working there! Read more

Not only did my blizzard not have the extra things in it that I ordered, but when I asked about it the woman was very very rude... to me. It's terrible when you happily pay for extras, but the restaurant doesn't give it to you. Needless to say, don't orderthe blizzard. Read more

????????? To start: Best Burger this year. The person who took our order was helpful and made sure it was correct. Food was... served quickly, far quicker than I was expecting. Burger and fries were hot and delicious. I am relatively new to doing thesereviews so I took a few bites before I remembered to take a snap. No matter as it was excellent . like I wrote at the open BestBurger this year. You can taste the grill. ???? Fries were great too. The place was clean with staff going around and makingsure it was so. I didn't have one of their ice cream treats as I was just interested in lunch. But there's always next time.
