SUPER BBQ! Emily was a terrific server. She was knowledgeable and very attentive. The brisket and baby back rib special had huge... portions. The ribs were very meaty and the brisket was moist. We added the salad bar before we realized how large the portionswere. The salad bar was excellent! It had: a lettuce salad, macaroni salad, coleslaw, fresh fruit, etc., a huge variety ofsalad dressings that tasted home made, bacon bits, crunchy onion rings and other toppings. There was pudding on the salad bar,but we had the key lime pie instead. It is tart and delicious. This is our new favorite bbq place. We will be back!!! Read more

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Brian's catered our wedding this past weekend and everything was perfect! Communication... with them was spot-on and the food and service was top notch! We had burgers, chicken and pulled pork served with 5 differentsides along with drinks and all the set-up. They had 3 servers grilling and helping our guests, all very personable guys! If Ihave anything negative it would be that I feel that the guests talked about the great food more than they talked about us. Heard this place was 1 of the best around , well I guess if your used to mediocre then this is the place for you. Pretty... disappointing seems there sides are all out of a can , and I mean the big ones from the big box stores. Server acts like shedidn?t want to be here. Restaurant was clean and food was fast. Pretty decent place for a BBQ lunch. Similar to Sonny's, but family owned and operated. Burgers are solid. A few unique items.... Sides are good. Salad bar is always clean. Staff is friendly and competent. I've eaten here a handful of times now (lunch, as Ionly work in DeLand). Read more

I really enjoyed this Restaurant. The salad bar buffet has everything you need to make urself a wonderful salad...even the... dressings we're good. The brisket was shaved thinly which I loved because it makes it easier to eat and dip into the bbq sauce.Chicken had a nice smokey flavor and overall would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good local BBQ. Very happy we stopped here. Passed this on a motorcycle ride to Daytona and stopped for dinner on our way back. Loved the old... school decor, very cozy, and inviting. Had not only covered outside seating, but a picnic area under some tree's! Staff were allvery polite and personable. Was amazed to see they had a salad bar! Everything was clean and fresh.
