Absolutely awful!! I've given this location many chances over the last couple of years. From getting my orders wrong to... inconsistencies in the food to waiting over 10mins in a drive thru to actually receiving someone else's order entirely. Howevertoday was the worst of the worst. They were understaffed, ok that happens, but instead of letting people know they just lockedthe doors. No sign, nothing. However the best part is that they STILL kept taking on line orders for walk in pick up!! Sobasically the people who ordered through the app for in store pick up either had to wait in a drive thru line 15+ cars deep orleave their paid in full orders at the store since they couldn't go inside. This place has always been rough but they have sunkto a new low with this incident today. I don't understand how other DD locations can have such great service but this one justcompletely sucks! Do yourself a favor, either save your money or find another location to patronize. This place is not worth adime and the owner/manager should be embarrassed that this place is run in the manner that it is. Read more

The employees were so nice and kind I truly appreciated them.

Ignorant and rude staff who can?t cook or make ice coffees professionally. But wanna tell you how your food is supposed to be.... Being a small business owner I would never talk to customers that way... or give them bad food that they spend there hard earnedmoney on. Save your money go else we?re. Read more
Aweful!!! today I got the dirtiest box of Alvacado toast with barely any bacon on it box that had dirt and hair stuck to it as... well as the coffee was awful and watered down!! Never had a problem with my order until today 3-25-21. I ordered a sausage egg & cheese croissant. No toasted. Instead I got a... toasted croissant with no egg. I understand they may be training new people, and the woman at the drive thru was extremely nice,but they should really double check the order. Especially with only 3 cars in line. Read more
