Experience with how a manager handled letting an employee go was not professional whatsoever - poor communication, no... performance review, no feedback, and waited until the employee had wasted their time and money on gas driving there and had justclocked in to jet them know they were no longer needed. Fries were so over salted that I could not even eat them. Terrible! I will certainly think twice about ever ordering from the... Delafield store again. These kids had to have done it on purpose to have so much salt on them. Read more
Food was absolutely delicious and I am full to the brim! The staff was very courteous, efficient and Mike, the manager, was on... point checking on all the other diners to make sure they were enjoying themselves. He did the same with me and honestly, thatgoes a long way. Makes guests feel welcome. For the people complaining about the prices, they are posted in large text abovethe cash register. If it's too pricey for you, all you have to do is leave. I'd be willing to bet that over half of you didn'teven eat the food but left a review anyway. A giant, delicious cheeseburger that I had, was worth every single penny and thefries overflowed the cup and half of the bag. Thank you Delafield staff! It may be pricier than some, but never disappoints! The fries are the best fresh cut potatoes, hugely portioned, and the burgers... are juicy and flavorful! The dine in area is always very clean. Fun upbeat music and friendly staff complement the meal. Read more
This place is pretty dang expensive for a just a burger. If you want a burger, small fries, and a drink it?s about $25 per... person. I wouldn?t recommend getting the double burger patty. If you want to get the work on the double you can?t even fit it inyour mouth and all the toppings fall out. I like the vinegar for the fries though and they give you more than enough fries.
