It was the worst experience that I have ever encountered. They were understaffed and the wait time was more than needed. We... didnt get everything that we ordered and had to ask for our drinks plus the Texas double whopper was under prepared. The food was all cold after waiting 15 minutes just to get it. The onion rings where old and cold. So old they where stale and... dry but cold at the same time. Pretty pathetic...first and last time. Pull up to hear, "what's your order?"..then get interrupted when giving it. Pull up to... window to see male in street clothes, I'm thinking is guy an employee? Doesn't say word until minutes later (Im guessing he istalking to cook), he opens window with statement about how much I owe. Buns stale, meat overcooked, jalapeno bitesovercooked...I can only guess this place stays in business because unknowing customers pull off highway. All covid restrictions have been lifted, dine in is available and masks are not required. The outdoor tables are clean and... usable. The food seemed fresh, was hot, and tasted good. The staff here is very polite and efficient. Read more
