i usually don?t have problems with this subway and I never write reviews, but recently I went and asked for a sandwich with... pickles and lettuce and got a sandwich with tomatoes and lettuce no pickles. I?m allergic to tomatoes so I took the sandwichback and told them they made my sandwich incorrectly. instead of remaking my correct sandwich I paid for the worker just threwthe tomatoes off and added the pickles which I didn?t realize until I got home when I noticed tomatoes juice and residue stillon the sandwich. Drive thru takes entirely way too long for only 1 order. And I thought going inside would make a difference, well it would've if... only the female worker wasn't busy flirting with her male coworkers. Customers are sometimes in a hurry and she's taking way toolong scooping tuna onto my 6inch plain and dry sub. Told her 3 times no cheese and to just make it plain. Friggin flirting thewhole time giggling and then trying to compliment me as though she wanted me to send flirt vibes just so she could keep thatattention ball rolling, VERY UNSATISFIED AND DISGUSTED WITH HER BEHAVIOR. Not impressed, mostly with the service. Food was average. Store hours stated it was open until 8. Arrived at 7:30 and the door... was locked. Had to use the drive through. In the drive through, was informed that the toaster was already off so only coldsandwiches. Then they had to unlock the bars on the window to say that they were out of bread for one of the sandwiches... Read more
I ordered online, got a call from the server due to oven maintenance two of my subs could not be made, another product was not... available so, I requested a refund, he was rude condescending and was demeaning me as a customer, stated refund will take a weekfor my money. I asked for the manager he declined, I asked for the manager's name he declined, I asked for his name he declined,I asked him to do his job he said no then he hung up on me, refused to answer my call back. I cant cancel my order, I can't havemy products, and he won't even answer my calls. I didn't know the subway was this way, I didn't expect this store to declinecustomers to give their money back. every time I try to talk he would cut me off, he said he was just doing his job tounderstand him, when I asked him to understand the frustration of a customer he was not willing to listen and cut me off. Who charges for iced tea refills? Stay away for that alone.
Good food but drive thru can be slow. Make sure to speak loud because I've had my order messed up. Seems like things break often... at this location too. Read more
