I love it .. back home ,banana split would of cost 7-8 bucks . Staff is young kids ,bit I wouldn't trade them for anything else.... I always get my dog a single scoop of vanilla ice cream on the house so I tip them good. Read more
It was a great experience, Awesome Customer Service and Humble Atmosphere. I would Highly Recommend a family visit.
I was in Del Rio visiting my nephew and he raged about this place. On our first visit the service was too slow. We asked for our... money back. We gave the place another chance. The young lady who had waited on me pointed me out to the owner, who personallycame out to apologize to my group. We learned that two of his shaved ice machines broke down. I'm impressed because the employeecared enough about what happened to tell her boss, and that he gave us a discount on top of a credible explanation. Now, to theshaved ice. Go! Go! Go!.
