Greedy establishment. Skimpy on the tortilla chips. Asked for more but cancelled when told it would cost $5 a basket. At $15 the... menu promised a big plate for the Mexican Plate. No such thing. Small portions. Beans from a can Rice undercooked. Small beeftaco. Then was charged a gratuity fee and then they asked for a tip! Never again. Tourists are being robbed by outrageousprices! Service was great, but food is ridiculously high now. charged $8 for 2 fried eggs on ribeye steak ( no salad, no potato, but... they charge $6 for an extra potato and salad. ) and charge $12 for small Perfect margarita and $24 for large. Waitress greeted us at the table, asked what we would like to drink, I told my wife to get a peach margarita from the happy hour... menu, waitress said there is no happy hour at Manuel?s I told her it was on their website, she tol us not to pay attention totheir website. Really good! From the service to the music, more of the younger style and a very nice seating area. Outdoor seating with a view... of the main road. The food came out hot and ready for serving, would recommend anyone coming to Del Rio to go grab a bite. Ourgroup got the 55$ plate that serves 4 people and it was very filling. Read more

Was very impressed with this place. Steak and shrimp were very good. Shrimp cocktail was overflowing with shrimp. It was... tasty. Flan was delicious and the flaming dessert was even Better. Maritza was our waitress and was on top of it. We willdefinitely go back to this place! Read more
Was fancying a steak as I?m in Texas the steak house is very lively you have TVs playing and you have music on as well. Service... was ok steak with fries and salad was very good I did enjoy that mind you is was late for me eating otherwise would certainly goback if I?m in the area again. Read more
After a few days hiking in Big Bend National Park we needed some steaks and drinks asap! We were not disappointed! We got steaks... with shrimps, quail, and lots of fun cocktails. Our server was very friendly and jumped at making sure we weren't empty on ourbeverages. Festive inside, you can tell it's a place to go to have some fun. When we arrived in Del Rio and searched forsteakhouses, the options weren't many but we're glad we found this one! Read more
