I really like this coffee shop. It's in a good location in Del Mar and they serve coffee and pastries. The pastries are freshly... made and there's a huge window where you can watch them. I thought the Bombay coffee made with cardamom was really good. Theplace is nice with indoor and outdoor seating, but could use a touch up to make it a little more inviting. The staff is nicetoo, although I wish they were a little more conversational. Not a big deal, just a personal preference. Overall I enjoyed myvisit and recommend. Read more

The Tuna Sandwich is truly amazing. It has some unique ingredients, like Manchego Cheese, and the most delicious bread. It was... one of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten! The Avocado sandwich was delicious too. It has Gruyere cheese and is full offlavor. I had them add tuna one day, and that was delicious too. The Valencia Mocha has a touch of orange. Yum. I have hadit both hot and iced. Both are so good, so I just love the coffee here. The Mocha with Vanilla is amazing too. And, theAlmond Croissant was heavenly. And the fresh squeezed orange juice is wonderful! A local surfer said I 'had' to try thisplace. That is always a great sign, I think. He was so right. And, he also said I 'had' to try the Peach Delight Bar becauseit was delicious. Right again. There is a nice patio area to sit outside and glimpse the ocean. The seating and decor is verysimple and unpretentious. I like that. They have been out of the focaccia bread for sandwiches occasionally. I guess I dolove that it is made fresh, so that will happen. I travel to so many places in country and out, this place will be cemented into my brain. I felt also inspired by the passion I... saw in the kitchen. Truly a wonderful bakery cafe. The almond croissant was to die for. Bombay latte was amazing however ifyou?re lactose get the almond or oat milk version since the coffee is strong it will effect you lol. I cannot express how much I LOVE this French bakery. If I could eat a croissant everyday, I would but it would hurt my waistline... and wallet. ???? the chocolate almond is my fave but it does cost a pretty Penny at $7 each... but if you watch them make it inthe window, you?ll understand how much love and efforts go into it. Great spot to grab a pastry and a coffee. Everything looked delicious it was hard to choose. The classic almond croissant was... very good, a little on the sweet side, but it?s freshness and warm middle were a pleasure. I?m not a coffee drinker but theavailable tea bags were good quality. For the croissant, hot tea, and a tip, I spent $11. I was so tempted to get a baguette,they had them on the counter reminiscent to bakeries you see in France.
