I go to chipotle once a week for last several years. But for first time I Went to this location for lunch with my son. At 2 in... the afternoon, they didn?t have any sort of rice, they didn?t have any steak, they didn?t even offer me to wait for it to get itready. They said this is all we have. This location is extremely short staffed: workers seem overwhelmed and unable to keep up resulting in long lines, excessive... delays with order ahead (waited 15 minutes past the ?promised ? time), and general disarray with trash strewn around the floor.Food is also mediocre. I ordered a bowl today and I almost broke my teeth in first bite, because they gave me UNCOOKED RICE. Not just a few pieces of... slightly cooked rice, no, A WHOLE BOWL OF HARD UNCOOKED RICE.
