Your locations say 24 hours, but anytime we come to this location they turn off all the lights and claim to be closed and they... don't even acknowledge that I have pulled up, I had to call them and they said that they weren't open yet and when I told themtheir app let me place it, so thats crazy, they hung up on me. It's 5 in the morning and when I pull through to look, is all Isee is everyone playing on their phones. If you guys are closed how am I able to place an order on your app. The customerservice at this location is the absolute worst. Not too fond of this Mcdonalds the service is usually not good but today the little things always count. Manager Tia took care... of an issue better than what I expected and even corrected them for next time but in a way to keep moving. Great job Tia!!! Read more
It was mediocre; the fries weren't cooked long enough through, which was disappointing. Everything was slapped together to the... point of being disassembled within the wrapper. Lettuce just, everywhere. I tried multiple times to place my order online butthat had failed. The screen would go white after pressing purchase. Went to location #1 and stood in line for 10 minutes. Thepeople in front of us never got acknowledged, so, we left along side everyone else in line. Location #2, we tell them the orderwe had on the app. They tell me they only have double cheese burger deals and nothing else. Not what the app was offering butfine whatever. We order what we wanted; but this time its $20 more than what the app charged. I don't understand why there issuch a drastic price difference? Yesterday we placed an order for pickup and we didn't wait too terribly long. First everything was squished into a small bag.... The burgers on our big macs were very overcooked. And one of our cheese burgers there was NO burger. It looked like there wasbut when I opened the bun it was just a dark bun with cheese and pickle no burger. They seemed to have plenty of help and not terribly busy. May be time for more training manager included or possibly having the... right people in the right positions to effectively handle business. Staff were not terribly rude however, were not extremelypolite either. Read more
