This isn?t speaking on the quality of food but the customer service. I went to Dunkin like I always do and ordered what I order... every time. The price was more than the common amount I pay every time so I stated I believed something was wrong and I wasbeing overcharged. The lady stated that the donut prices went up. I asked to speak with the manager and she picked up herglasses and told me she was the manager. I had a small feeling that she wasn?t but I decided to believe her. Wrong choice. Ipaid then as I was waiting for my order I pulled out an old receipt to compare it to the one today. The drink was what I wascharged .50 cents more. I went back and showed both receipts and asked why I was being charged .50 cents more from the oldreceipt and what is advertised on their menu. The real manager came by and asked me what the problem was and I stated it. I wasgiven a refund for the drink. If you go there and need to speak to the manager don?t believe the worker if she tries to lie thatshe is it because the manager will have a name tags stating manager. Coffee is good but Im pretty sure I just watched the manager make racial jokes at a female employee who had no idea she was... being laughed at. After she blamed the employees for door dash not taking the bags they were supposed to. I probably wont goback. Read more
I'm a dunkin over Starbucks person any day. But this location needs help. Im there atleast once a week but the food quality is... inconsistent, my coffee never tastes the same,and I order the same thing every time. There's always new workers so I understandthe training process but man its gone so bad that ild rather drive to Douglas to get better service.. Read more
The brown sugar cream iced coffee was delicious if you like it sweet sweet add the cream and sugar if not leave it out. I hope... this drink isn't a limited time item. Read more
In past visits the sourdough breakfast sandwich I usually get was awesome. This last visit not so much and the cornbread... munchkins were in pieces and too crumbly. Seems to have gone downhill lately but hopefully they'll come out of their slump. LoveDunkin Donuts but may have to look elsewhere. Read more
Missing about13 dollars out of a 30 dollar order. Ordered an assortment of 50 munchkins and only had 3 types of basic flavors.... Glazed and basic chocolate and cake. Never answers the phone and has terrible customer service. Read more
