This used to be my favorite Churches until TODAY. CJ, the "manager" was short with all his answers, and then when I simply asked... if they had a "churches sauce" I was instantly told I had to pay for it. This was after I had asked for honey and told therewas none. Cj was very snappy and clearly wanted to get back to the phone call that he repeatedly screamed at me that he wason. He openly talked about the fact that I was upset that he immediately demanded payment for sauces, claiming that I should beangry at the owner and the he was unable to give out "8 sauces just because I want them". I never asked for 8 sauces, I askedif they had a signature churches sauce. He was so rude and so arrogant, he very much made me feel like an inconvenience at hisjob. We drove to THIS location because we believe it to be the best quality food! Unfortunately, quality customer servicetrumps food. Until CJ is fired, or I get my "8 sauces that I just want", I will not be returning here. Sad. I would reallylike to talk to the actual manager or preferably the owner who CJ told me to directly blame. I'm sure this isn't the way youwant your employees to speak with customers or treat long time patrons. I'm sorry that this one person has tainted my otherwiseloyal preference to this location. The chicken was cold dry and hard. you can't tell me that this is fresh chicken this chicken has been sitting there for a while... and I was in line waiting for 10 to 15 minutes for my order. The food was good & the order was right but I had to yell & repeat my order 5 times & then drive up to the window to give then... my order for the 6th time. The lady that was taking my order was really old & shouldn't be put in the drive-thru. That wasn'ther fault but obviously management's fault.
