It was made just like we ordered and was good. No problems ???? the drive through were courteous when taking our order. They had... it ready when we got to the window. We were running errands so it was easy to eat and get back to getting things done. Theperson taking orders was hard to understand. The food is good and the staff is friendly, but unfortunately it's been a rarity for them to get your order right lately. Out of... the last 4 times I went, I only got my burger the way I asked once. Then last time I went, they forgot to give me 1 of my 3total items entirely. Edit: two weeks later, I went by again. Once again no jalapeños on my burger despite the fact theyliterally repeated it back to me at the drive through, and I didn't get my barbecue sauce despite literally being told theywould have to give me packets because they were out of sauce for the burger. Super sweet lady at the front counter and working drive thru and packing orders all at the same time, only had three people... working the whole establishment (her and two in the kitchen) so we weren't upset at the little longer than usual wait time ??Dont regret going here. Order was made right and we were treated like human beings despite their stress of being short staffed. Read more
The food great as always but I worked here for 2 days and had to quit do to there health code violations. I just couldn't do it,... don't get me wrong they are nice people and I don't have any issues with them personally, but they need to change things up.Their cook comes in with dog hair all over his clothes and the walking in cooler is just awful, mold on the trays that have someof the meats. We so enjoyed our first visit to Carls Jr! The cashier was wonderful and so friendly. And may I say she deserves a raise! She... suggested a burger wrap. And I loved it! It's my new favorite burger now. The problem is we are from MN and don't have thisrestaurant near us. May I suggest you open some here! Read more
We had the Santa Fe Charbroiled Chicken Sandwich which was excellent, but the cheerful staff made this stop a memorable one Ms.... Terri was so kind and actually cheered up our pup who was tired of traveling cross-country. Her spirit obviously sets thestandard, because the rest of the staff was just as gracious. I didn't think my faith in humanity would get a positive spike ata drive-thru window, but sometimes it's good to be wrong! Read more
I am VERY disappointed with the experience today, 1st only 2 employees so it took 20 minutes to get my order, the older lady was... kinda rude, only got a couple thing yet coast a lot then it's wrong? Wth I paid for large fries instead get small, and the mostexpensive part was pathetic the "Chicken" was smaller then McDonald's nope I'm done lost a fan. Read more
Food was definitely on point. Hot and fresh. Cinnamon rolls were off the chain!!!. Service was fast and friendly. Atmosphere was... quite, laid back, and clean. Definitely a plus!!! ???????????? Read more
