The food is really great . When i go and dine in , i had no problems ever. Once i tried to do an online delivery,the lady has a... communication problem. No matter how much i tried to communicate with her , she couldn't understand. I tried to spell eachletter so she could understand but she was very rude and I'm being very polite here about how she behaved. Great food at good prices. The twice-cooked pork is one of my favorite dishes. Been eating here for 5 years and the food has... consistently been exactly what I needed when I felt like take out Chinese food. I don?t know about the bad reviews, I?ve been ordering from them for many years, I have never had a problem with them, my order... has always been correct and delivered quickly. No, the owners are not all ?ha ha he he? in your face when you do go to therestaurant, but I?m not looking for friendship, I just want my food to be made correct and be tasty, which it always is. When I called to order my food the woman who picked up was very rude. When I received my food it wasn?t my order. When I called... to tell them I have the wrong order. I was hung up on. Literally my first time coming to this place and me and my children walked in and instantly felt a bad vibe. I don?t know if the... lady had a bad day or if it was because me and my kids are African American. She aggressively handed me my food and aggressivelyclosed the window pathway between us and their counter and Rudely waved us out like we were some animals. I love food and I wassuper excited to try something different, but rude customer service will never make me want to go back there again. The food is consistently bad. Most of the time all I can taste is oil and doesn't taste fresh. Stopped getting from here because... they were definitely not going to change. I thought restaurants were supposed to get better over time but these guys have gottenworse. I wish you luck in your business. You certainly will need it with food like this. Read more
I never got the chance to eat the food. I called to place an order and the person on the phone kept saying no cash, credit card.... Okay I get that. But the person wouldn't let me place the order until I gave her my credit card number. We went back and forthuntil she finally hung up on me.
