Disappointed in the laziness of the employees and incompleteness of my order. It was never was updated as completed online,... drink straws weren't included, and I was asked to fill drinks for a pickup. We spent nearly $200 on a company order for abirthday and I received attitude about how the machine to fill drinks was in the corner and the drinks listed are on thereceipt. Nobody offered to help me carry anything either. I recently purchased birthday food from the Potbelly location downthe street and all the food was done correctly, drinks filled for me, and an employee offered to carry out the food to myvehicle. The only reason it's not 1 star is because the food was done correctly and boxed up for me. Never ordering food forcompany birthdays from this location again. Read more
This lady named Mikala kept trying to talk to me about spiritual growth and it was super uncomfortable. I get the feeling she... doesn't communicate much with others. Literally the absolute slowest delivery I?ve ever seen. EVERY single time I order it takes over an hour to get here. It?s... ridiculous. UPDATE: a couple months later and I still get my sandwich almost an hour later. I just got mine 10 minutes beforeclosing time and the sandwich is completely wrong. I stopped by jimmy johns before leaving town to chicago, and i ordered a meal, no problem until the end, after giving me my... drink and bag they just shut the window , and i looked into thw bag, I had no straw. No biggie i said, ill just wait to ask forone, when i finally do, they say , oh we don?t have straws, yeah we have been out for weeks. Sorry and then shut the wondow. ?OKAY.. my question now is why was i not informed during the ordering process, why was I left in the dark until I asked ? Nowthe reason I am giving a 1 star is because, most places when something is out they say ?just to let you know we currently do nothave ??-. Did you still want that?? Food is good, but if you want your food "freaky fast" don't bother. Waited 30 mins for my order from the time it was placed till... delivery. I'm less that 2 miles from the restaurant, but have limited time due my lunch period for work. Driver was polite, butwasn't wearing a mask. I think I'm done with this location all together Read more
Typical Jimmy John's. What I liked about this place is that the employees were laid back. Usually at a Jimmy John's the... employees will yell overly enthusiastic greetings at you as soon as you walk in and same when you leave. I don't like that, muchprefer the calm. Jimmy John's is expensive compared to Subway, but sometimes you want the unique taste. Just don't pay thehighway robbery delivery price unless you are ordering for a lot of people. Read more
The past couple of times I've ordered for delivery they have made my sandwiches perfectly! In the past I've had not so great... experiences but now I've been seeing it turn around.
