I never have a bad experience with this dunkin. I usually get a refresher or a macchiato. Always really nice staff

I like this location. They're usually really fast in the drive thru amd my order has always been accurate.
I love the ice coffee here, it's always good. I like the employees so much. However I don't even bother to order munchkins... anymore because they have literally been out every time I've tried. I think this dunkin would be great if the manager couldmaster the inventory orders. They shouldn't be out of stuff so much. The sycamore dunkin is never out of anything, but theiremployees suck and never get the order right so come to this one instead of that one. Read more
Horrible service! I purchased a Strawberry Coolatta, Frozen at 5:30 pm today. I drive off and as I'm driving, I tasted it and it... was awful! Drive back to the location, arrived at 5:35pm, only to be told they were closed! The hours of operation posted areclosing time of 6pm! I got the attention of an employee to be told they threw everything away and could not do anything for me!That is ridiculous! I will definitely recommend against going here! Read more
At first this place was fast and products were very good. Now it's almost a slow as the McDonald's across the street and the... employees seem to be one step above the McDonald's employees on the spectrum. If I want to wait 20 minutes for average coffeeI'll do it at home. Addendum to review: December 2020- can't go in because of the plan demic, so you sit at the menu thatdoesn't list all the products and guess what they have available in the store and the entry level dropout will say yes or no toyour choice.
