Normally good, first time ordering in a while, online ordered for take out . Everything soggy and cold. Picked up within 10 mins... of ordering. Waited 15 mins which would be fine if the food was fresh. But looks like it sat for a while. Employees were allchilling and talking together at the drive through window while we waited lol. Excellent polite employees, love the front end staff. Service is quick and the food is well prepared.
Just went through the drive through. The person was really nice. The food was pretty good. Just seemed expensive for "fast... food". Got a chicken sandwich, chicken fingers (2 orders) small fry and mashed potatoes. Was nearly $40. It is what it is thesedays I guess. Read more
Been going to this location a couple times a month for a while now, and it's usually a decent experience. However, the last few... visits have not been great. Once they gave me water rather than Sprite. Two other times were a different issue. I placed myorder online, arrived approximately 10 minutes later, pulled into the online order parking spot, and hit the "I'm here" buttonin my browser. Waited five minutes, hit the "I'm here" button in my email. During this time I'd watch drive thru customers comeand go, with periods of just a couple waiting or sometimes no one. Surely someone will come to my car. Nope. After about 13minutes since I arrived (23 minutes from the order was placed) I'd have to go in to retrieve my order, which was ready andwaiting both times. No one ever came to my car. No one wondered why some car was parked in the online order parking spot for solong and didn't check if there was an outstanding order that matched that vehicle description. Rather disappointed in theservice at this location. Think we will give this place some time before we get food from here again. Read more

I have been to this Culver's 2x. I am new to Dekalb and coming from Yorkville. The first time, the fries tasted like onion rings... and hard. Today the burgers were dry, again the fries were hard. I have never had a Culvers this bad. They were not evencrowded! Read more
The food was honestly great. The patty of the burger was juicy . But, the main problem I had with the burger was that the cheese... was not grilled along with the patty and therefore, it did not melt completely. The ice cream was too good btw and I prefer theice cream over many ice cream places :) Read more
As A Doordash Delivery Driver, I Pass By This place all the time, As Well As Pick From Here For My Customers... But never ever... tried Culver's myself BecauseIm Too Stubborn To Try New Things... I Ordered A Quick Curdside So I Can Get Back ToDashing/Work... And I Must Say That The Service Was Very Quick The Food Was Very Delicious. They Came ut very quick with theorder I was so surprised I thought this was going to be a McDonald's experience... But To My Surprise, It Wasn't. I Was SoShocked At How Fast The Service Was. How Friendly The Employees Are. My Server Was Very Handsome With A Nice Smile, Very WhiteTeeth. The Food Is Very Delicious & Addicting. Thank You So Much For This New Experience.
