The drive thru lane had 3 cars in line. I was #3 and it took more than 15 minutes to get to the window. My food was luke warm... and gave me the runs 45 minutes after eating it. I had been fasting for 18 hours prior and was very hungry but couldn't eat mywhole sandwich. Read more

This Arbys had two ladys inside working the register and drive threw that were rockstar they provided excellent service fast and... freindly. They worked well. Togther. The facility seemd to have an upbeat morale. Read more

Pretty much the average experience Arby's has some decent options that are different and not a burger.

Food was great. Love the curly fries and roast beef. Don't eat from here too often but enjoy it when we do.

Last time I was there my food was horrible!! I ordered a large fry they were definitely old plus they were more like a medium. I... got 2 beef and cheddar one had the right amount of cheddar one had barely any cheddar on it. Not consistent at all through thedrive through. I sat in the drive for a good 10 min with only 1 car in front of me. The people who work there are nice andfriendly they just need to make more consistent fresh food. Read more

Wow. Just wow. Food was hot. Fish was hot enough to have to wait for next bite. Curly fries were hot for the first time in...... who knows how long? Team was wearing masks. Couldn't find anything to complain about. Well done. :) Read more

Ordered for the first time using the app. Can you say, disaster? Arrived at restaurant six minutes after ordering to an employee... telling me they didn't receive my order, and that I didn't order using the Arby's app. A different employee approached and whileexplaining to me that I need to cancel the order in the app, my order popped out of the register. The employee proceeded to tellme that they would not have any beef until 4 pm, almost one hour after I placed my order! I explained that I don't live in townand returning at 4 pm would not work for me. She proceeded to set the order ticket on the counter, reminded me to cancel theorder in the app, and she walked away to work on something obviously more important. Of course, there is no way to do this onArby's sub-par app. So I paid $24.04 for food I didn't even receive. I called Arby's when I got home, and Sharon told me themoney will be refunded. Either way, we won't be returning to Arby's and will NOT recommend their app. The rudeness of therestaurant employees was disgraceful. They offered no solutions and didn't seem to care about pleasing the customer. It's notlike I was being unreasonable, I simply wanted what I paid for. Read more

I ordered via the drive thru a couple nights ago and I had a great experience. I rarely eat Arby?s and decided to try it. The... young man who took my order was very polite and nice. My order took about 5mins so I pulled up and waited. Richard was so niceand professional. I didn?t realize I came right before closing but he had best attitude! Keep it up young man! Read more
