This place used to be an awesome mcdonald's. Well the last two times the employees were rude, drive through was closed due to... short staff and the other time they only accepted cash. Be prepared to go inside and have cash if you are going to eat here. Read more
Fish was good and hot. Fries were a little cold
I usually don't have too much of a problem at this location. But I ordered my food and tried to upsize my drink and they would... not do it. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo and as usual asked for fresh fries. Guess that made them mad bc they took thefries in the bin and refried them. Then my sandwich was definitely microwaved it. Before I left I went to the bathroom and I'lljust let you judge for yourself...there was plenty of employees standing around so this should not be. Read more
On our way to St. Augustine over spring break...we stop in this McDonald's. My kids think they are grown so they order adult... breakfast meals. My 8 year old said..."dang, we don't get a toy". A hero emerges from the back and delivers toys to both of myboys. They were stunned....I was stunned. It was great and they were so appreciative. the worst mcdonald?s i have ever been to. waited for 30 minutes in line to even be seen. then another 15 waiting for our order... just for them to tell us their ?frappe? machine is down for an iced mocha. (i?ve worked at a mcdonald?s before and i know mochasand frappes are different machines) the lady was so rude to me and my fiancé. ridiculous. refunded instantly. Read more
Saturday at 4pm Ordered at kiosk, crispy chicken deluxe-bun was burnt and chicken covered only half the bun. Bf ordered the... same- his deluxe was an inch over the bun in all directions. Guess you win some ... you lose some. Fries were fresh and hot, sothat was good. 3 Strawberry pies, two were not cooked all the way and were doughy. One was cooked perfectly. Food was hard the nuggets. The elderly gentleman that works there was very pleasant. I had to get my nuggets remade and was... better the second time. The manager didn't apologize and I know we got there at the last minute but food should not be servedhard even if you are closing. Read more
