This store could use some freshing up. It is off interstate 10, and I am guessing good help is hard to find. The food was a but... overcooked and did not have that KFC flavor I am use to. It looked and felt like it had been under a heat lamp for a while.Cashier was a little confused or miffed on what to do. Read more

The chicken was so small I couldn't believe it! I've never seen chicken that small anywhere in a store or restaurant. I've had... bigger wing drumettes bigger than the drumsticks we got. The crew was polite. Read more

As a whole. The staff did excellent. They literally are doing the bet they can with what they have. However. The company.... Really needs to step in and help these guys. With a zaxbys right next door. This KFC was hopping at 330 on Sunday afternoon. Ifthey could get the lobby cleaned up and direction. This place would be doing awesome. Dried out, old chicken sandwich. Drive thru speaker does not work for the customer. ?I can hear you, you but you can?t hear... me,? states lady working drive thru after I pulled to the window. Offered no apology when I pulled to the window to order. Perhaps put a sign stating to pull forward? Terrible service and dried out sandwich probably from lunch. (It?s 6pm) Will notstop here again. Worse KFC we've been to. The drive thru was empty but we sat for 15 minutes and there was no service. Went inside and stood ten... minutes before our order was taken. Told a 20 minute wait on one piece of chicken! Then it was raw! I saw 2 workers and 2customers. The woman behind the counter looked tired and depressed, the boy cooking looked zoned out jamming to music. Went for lunch today, tried to go inside but the door was locked with a sign saying the ceiling fell in. Went to drive through,... was acknowledged. Sat there for 10 minutes when the person behind me asked if they were open. I said they came on the speakerawhile ago but haven't heard from them since. Then, over the speaker, very rudely, I hear "I'm sorry sir, people in Americadon't want to work, and those of us who do are doing the best we can". The much longer drive through lines at all the otherrestaurants were moving right along. Sounds like terrible management to me. Of course I left because I had to go to work andwill never go back. What a shame. I feel bad for all of the employees there. Read more

Overall, FANTASTIC customer service. Even though the drive through is only taking orders at the window, they did everything with... a smile and were so friendly. We ended up having to wait by the front door because the wings I ordered would take 12 minutes,after about 3 minutes of sitting ( I?m guessing ) the manager on duty came out to tell us they have no more wings. I could tellshe was kinda nervous probably thinking I?d be mad, I was pretty upset over the wings but the fact she went out of her way tomake sure I was taken care of was amazing customer service! She not only gave me what I wanted as a substitute, she gave extraand was super friendly. I don?t know her name but she did have long brown hair, all I know is that girl needs a raise! Read more

Ordered yesterday on the app for pickup. Arrived when it should have been done. The restaurant was locked. So I had to sit and... WAIT in the drive through to get my order. When I got to the window and asked for my order the Gentleman had no idea what I wastalking about. He left the window and talked to some employees, came back and asked me to go to the other side of the store andwait because they had not started my order. I would have just left if I had not paid already on the app. I ordered chickensandwiches so I knew I would have to wait for them. So long that I finally went and knocked on the locked door. A gentlemencame to the door and opened it and said, "Door Dash?" I said no and he started to hand me a bag. I said hold on, what's in thebag. He recited my order so I took the bag. When I got home the chicken sandwiches were delicious. However, the order was notcomplete despite the fact that gentleman that gave me the bag told me what was in it. And the chicken sandwiches were the onlything that was hot. The fries had a hint of once being warm. The biscuits were absolutely cold. I read the reviews before Iplaced the order. I was skeptical and placed my order. What I described above is accurate. I ordered food to be prepared ontime, to be warm, and to be a complete order. This store let me down several ways. I am going to dispute the charge when itshows up on my credit card. Read more
