We went to this place I won't call it a food joint cause they don't deserve it. It was at 8:00 am. They didn't have and we were... told they wasn't cooking any eggs at the moment. So we could only get a bacon croissant which was ok. Then when we pulled up tothe window they were holding my coffee cup with their fingers inside the cup. When we asked for a new cup of coffee the manscoffed and walked away. The other employees laughed and acted like it was a joke. When we asked for the manager. The womanwalked away for a second. While we were waiting for her to return the assistant manager asked why we were still sitting thereand why haven't we moved yet. When we told her we were waiting for the manager she goes ok and walks away. When the other womancame back she told us the manager was in the restroom and she couldn't come out. When we asked for cooperates phone number wewere told only the manager has that. Then when we asked for the receipt and we were told it was no longer available to get. Wewill not be returning to this place. This place needs real management and clean people to handle food and drinks. Read more
Lady at the cashier try hard but the way she does it is not productive ! In our visit she start our order then didn't finished... and started taking care of the people behind us and the people after them so we end up getting the last things we order ones thewhole line was done and got their stuff I'm not mad it's just that I think you should not start a new order when you have noteven finish the one you are working on that's all , other than that I guess it a ok place to go! This Dunkin has really went downhill since first opening. I am finally writing this review because today my iced coffee tasted... like it was water with coffee flavor. I?m tired of going back and telling them it don?t taste right, and given dirty looks. Igive them a try over and over, but a lot of times end up throwing about 5 dollars down the drain. I understand being shortstaffed and what not but they had plenty of help today and it?s still stuff like this that happens. The staff is friendly, but Ifeel they don?t pay attention when it comes to making drinks. Another things is they are always out of stuff or the expressomachine is always broke. Corporate needs to step in and provide better training for employees and managers. Read more
Tried to order ice cream at the drive through here. Was told they are out of chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry. When asked what... flavors they do have she said we are welcome to come in and see. She was incredibly unhelpful and rude and we didn't end upgetting anything. Read more
This place certainly radiates that 'pretty good' vibe when coming inside. Not exactly the most wonderful place in the world to... get drinks and food, since the only thing here that's fresh is the coffee, but the place works quite well if you're in a pinchfor some nice, warm coffee and a donut once in a while. The staff is generally nice and well mannered, no one seems to haveinherently bad intentions towards each other or the customers. One thing that i applaud this place for, is the wide variety ofdonuts and ice cream flavours, though there are so many choices, that customers may find themselves overwhelmed by thechoices. I don't remember eating a donut worse than these. The plain glazed donuts only had glaze on the very top. I've never seen a... glazed donut that was so lacking in glaze, it was disappointing. The Boston Cream was okay and the stay was nice even though itwas so early in the morning. I asked for a chocolate éclair, but they didn't have any and they didn't recommend analternative. But the place was clean, open on time, and they weren?t rude. So, they get 2 stars for achieving the base level ofservice one would expect. Read more
I would give them zero if I could. They didn?t have bacon, croissants, sausage, coconut milk, the donuts we asked for which were... only creme filled chocolate, or eggs, or granulated sugar. This is literally not even a Dunkin Donuts it?s just a bunch ofpeople selling pieces of coffee ingredients. Not the workers fault of course, but figure it out. Read more
