I had placed my order at this location on the app to which it was an hour wait time, which I didn?t mind. I get there and the... two heavy-set women do not greet you, the store looks practically closed, and everything is FILTHY. They look at me when I saythe name of my order, which was mine, and say it multiple times purposely wrong right after. After looking through all ordershanging above the other food, they tell me that it?s not here, when they check the computer and see my order they began torecollect and acknowledge that they seen my order but didn?t print the receipt or even make the food. They tell me that they donot have brownies and instead of substituting or refunding, they offer two extra pieces of chicken, at that point I didn?t care.So instead of my order being ready when I got there, I had to wait yet ANOTHER HOUR for them to make my food. They were preppingfood without gloves on or washing their hands after touching multiple surfaces and food items. They were out of lids for thecups and the self-serve fountain machine was dirty and sticky and had no ice. There was also a big roach walking around thefloor in the kitchen and they stepped over it when acknowledging it. They did not greet other customers that walked through thedoor and waited for the same time as us. I got my order and they are missing items and had messed up a previous customers orderas well. RUN LIKE YOU'RE ON FIRE!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! My daughter ( 14 ) ordered dinner from for delivery as... advertised on their website while I was working late on August 3rd. Order came 100% incorrect! When I called to request that herorder be replaced I was told that the 14 year old that specifically ordered for delivery , ya know, due to not being able todrive and such, should bring the order back to the store for replacement! When it was explained that the 14 year old clearlydoes not drive which is why ordering delivery to begin with, was told there is nothing they can do for us. The young lady thatanswered was RUDE! But upon speaking with with her manager, Hakeem, it is clear who trained her. Save your $$$$$ and get a pizzasomewhere else! Their wings are NOT worth the $ anyway. $64 dollars without tip, and will be disputing with my credit cardcompany immediately! Read more
