We went to have a bagel and coffee around 7:15pm (Panera was closing at 8pm), cashier ?Nikki? has the worst client driven... attitude. She asked us with a horrible face if we wanted our bagels sliced (which for me was obvious that yes) and then she alsoasked us if we really wanted our bagels toasted because they were ?about to close? (how much time can it take you to toast abagel?) which we decided to say no because with her face she was making us feel bad if we said yes. Lastly, we she asked if wewere going to eat it here and we said yes, she rolled her eyes. This is the second time we come to this panera and that the SAMEcashier treats us really bad! We left by 7:45, they still had a lot of people in the store. Love Panera with all my heart,however I wouldn?t recommend this location. Read more
I looove this place! I always come for the Asiago bagel and chocolate croissant! This establishment is also kept clean and very... presentable. Everyone behind the counter is busy fulfilling orders. The smell of the bakery and bread combo is so satisfying.The passion fruit tea is a great drink when you need hydration and energy. The breakfast soufflé are amazing as well! Read more
This may be my favorite Panera. Honestly, I'm not the biggest soup and sandwich person, but the staff here is so fantastic and... friendly, and it makes me what to come back all the time. They always make me smile and bring happiness to my day. When I gothrough the drive-thru, the incredible lady at the window always greets me with a smile. She double-checks when she noticessomething unusual with my order. For example, I ordered coffee with brown sugar one day but forgot the next time. Somehow, sheremembered my previous order and asked if I needed brown sugar with my coffee. When I go inside to order, the cashier alwayssmiles and goes out of her way to ensure my food is ready quickly. Once, I waited less than 10 minutes for an order, and thelady preparing my order gave me an extra cookie because she felt bad about my wait. I don't know why everyone at this spot is sohappy and friendly, but if you need a pick-me-up, this is the place. Besides, how can you go wrong with a kitchen sink cookie?It really does have everything. As for food, I'm a big fan of the breakfast sandwiches. The egg/bacon or egg chickencombinations are very tasty; both come with fresh avocado. I also like the pizzas - thin and crispy with lots of options. It'spretty filling too. In terms of drinks, the charged juices are amazing. I like each one and have even mixed a few togetherbased on "insider" tips from the staff. You won't get tired of all options. If you get hooked like I did, you can join theirsip club and get a new fresh drink every few hours. Well I don?t go as often because I?ve been disappointed in what I?ve gotten in the drive through- three times I?ve bought the... tuna sandwich with hardly any tuna on it! Then I thought I?d try the grilled cheese and I got two slices of white bread withmelted cheese in the middle but it wasn?t grilled !! I know for a fact that grilled cheese is supposed to be grilled!!check yourbags and complain- we didn?t find out til we get home and just plain fed up for the money I spend - if I weren?t sick I wouldhave made the grilled cheese myself!
