It was pretty late in the night and I had a long drive back home. So I wanted to get a hot latte... waiting in the drive-through... for a while so that they could tell me there machine was broken! They served me eggs with eggshells on it . I didn?t ask for refund or anything , I just told her about the situation but Kiara ... at the drive thru told me I was doing too much and told me I was ugly note this is a woman full of facial hair smh . Went through the drive thru and service was very fast however the lady taking our order was very bitter and unkind. I am a fan... of salty food but the mcdouble I got was very salty. I did walk inside to use the restroom and the staff inside was friendly andthe establishment was clean. So this review is really only docked by the unpleasant staff member in the drive thru. The drive through line moves very fast. Ive been in it when its short and long and it moves quickly. The employee are always... nice and friendly. The inside of the store has registers and self order menus which makes it easy. The tables and floor werevery clean. The store presents nicely. The food is served hot in store or in drive through.
