I have never been in love with Jimmy John's, I think it is pretty basic, not a lot of options. I have ordered it a handful of... times because it is close to my office, maybe 6 times. When you order around 11-1130am they are really fast on delivery, like,under 10 mins fast, but any time after that it is the same timeframe as any other delivery restaurant, this really isn't myissue though. The last three times in a row my sandwiches were made incorrectly, they left stuff on I asked them to remove, theydidn't put stuff on I ask them to add, and one time my turkey sandwich completed smelled and tasted like tuna, that was beyondweird. It's cool that your food gets delivered fast, sometimes, but what's the point if your order is incorrect. My order beingincorrect three times in a row is the reason I finally wrote this review. worst service ever! I can understand ppl have bad days sometimes And that is cool were all human, but the person who took my... order was rude and needs to learn some people skills dude needs to find another job because obviously hes tired of that one. igot my food 30 minutes late and when i called (calmly) to see what had happened he spoke to me as if it was no big deal and themanager wouldn't talk to me either after i voiced the issue its was just an $8.41 sandwich and i had to return it out ofprinciple i may still be hungry but id rather that than be treated as i i don't matter Read more
