I was so excited to find this place but thoroughly disappointed after receiving my açaí bowl. The fruits were hot and the... açaí was frozen rock hard. The only good thing about it was the amount of peanut butter I got. I moved the fruit around to seeif the consistency all around was ice or if it would get closer to a smoothie consistency as it should be however it didn?t. Iended up throwing it away. Mom and pop or not you should welcome constructive criticism and strive to do better. The açaíshould at least be blended before serving to prevent you from giving customers ice. The customer service I received at the storewas great however based on the poor feedback to this post I won?t be returning and I encourage açaí lovers to not purchaseaçaí bowls here you will be disappointed. Literally top açaí place I?ve been to in SoFlo. Soooo good and fresh. Doesn?t skimp on toppings - great for a lunch spot!... Great atmosphere and friendly people. Read more
