Usually this is my go to place for coffee and hot chocolate. On Thursday, October 13 I arrived around 7:00 AM and waited in line... for over 20 minutes with about 6 cars in front of me. When I got to Order there was a gentleman?s voice that sounded like hewas asking me for my order and I told him I wanted 2 hot chocolates and a small black coffee he said I?m sorry could you repeatthat again so I told him again and he repeated it. A few minutes later a girl comes on and asked me for my order and I said Ithink I already gave my order 2 hot chocolates and a black coffee. So she flippantly hung up a saying oh so you ordered. I continued to wait another 5-10 minutes in line; got to the window there was obviously a new girl at the cash register and sheappeared flustered. She didn?t have my order. The girl that I told her I already gave my order was in the background laughing.(She was the person that was supposed to be taking the order but I heard the guy because they were standing so close togetherasking someone at the counter and it sounded like he was asking me.) There?s a lot of confusion for sure. Then the new girl atregister says we don?t have hot chocolate. I don?t know if they didn?t have it that day or if she couldn?t find it on theregister. But which ever I didn?t have any more time to wait. She was expecting me to just drive off with nothing. Really? Girl taking ordersI laughing in background. I said do you really think this is funny? And she laughed. Running very late atthat point, so I just said please just give me a small black coffee and let me go. She said it is $2.88. I gave her threedollars and she pretty much dismissed me with no change. The people walking in came out many times while we were all sitting inthe drive-thru. The last time I came through the same girl that was laughing was ignoring me while I was getting my change Ithought she couldn?t hear me so I said hello? Honestly this is the best Dunkin? staff out there. So happy this is the one within walking distance of my home. AND. Clean... bathrooms. Read more
I don?t really leave reviews but the people that work here are so nice to me every time I come here I feel like they should get... recognized more often . Super sweet people and always fast and right ! Read more
It's a typical DD. I only buy coffee beans - $20/3lbs. Don't believe they make the doughnuts onsite.
awesome service. young lady with beautiful artwork (tattoos) so kind and sweet. she was training a courteous young man.. the... turkey sausage egg and cheese croissant sandwich tasted better than any other breakfast sandwich I have had in my life time..everything was perfect and clean restroom. 5 Stars I love the location the customer service is WONDERFUL the works are ALWAYS pleasant & welcoming & hardworking. I've been... getting coffee here since my first visit over a year ago and the service and food is still on point. One thing tho ya just haveto get here before the 8am rush woo chile they get ya in and out but still when its coffee time ITS COFFE TIME lol I LOVE ITHERE!!! Keep up the great work! Read more
2nd Review: This is a large Dunkin with a great staff & plenty of seating. They have a drive thru too. I specifically come to... this store because they still have the 3 ground coffees for $19.99. The other DDs raised their prices and don't offer this deal.If you have a DD card & accumulate points, you'll score a lot of free drinks. They gave me 42 freebies last year.
