We had put the "X" on this place years ago but we were down by the beach and had a large group looking for a place to eat for a... birthday celebration. Most of the people in our group were reluctant to go here after they've had their own negativeexperiences in the past, but we went anyways (against our better judgement). We were a party of 9 adults & 5 children. Weordered the kids their food first. We confirmed with the waitress that the kids mac n cheese was the Kraft kind and she assuredus it was. Great, that's what a few of the kids love. 2 of the 5 kids chose the mac n cheese. Their food came out within areasonable time, but we realized only 3 of their meals came. We gave it a bit to see if the rest would follow, but nothing. Our waitress came and checked on us and I mentioned that 2 of the kids were missing their food - the mac n cheese. She saidshe'd go check with the kitchen, came back and said "it will be out in 5 min." 5 minutes passes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes.....allthe kids but 2 had gotten their food and had already finished. (and the other two were patiently waiting, hungry).... thewaitress comes back and says "sorry, we're out of mac n cheese" .....we understand restaurants run out of food items, but tocome back after allllll that time and relay that message is terrible customer service .... we canceled one kids meal (a babythat we fed other things because he was so hungry by that point) and the other child chose the kids burger instead. At thispoint, this kids meal should have been expedited and made with a rush....it took FOREVER !!!! among other bad experiences thatnight, the restaurant gives you ONE small 2 oz. container of bleu cheese or ranch for 15 wings! any after that you are chargedfor each. We ordered about 75 wings for our large party and were given 5 two ounce dressings...we ordered more becauseobviously, that is not enough and were charged for each, which we realized once we got the check. Really SLOW service last night when I went. When I arrived I didn't know where to sit because majority of outside tables... hadn't been cleared. I had to ask my server to wipe down my table of the gunk on it. Place seems very disorganized. Theserver kind of forces you to tip 20% on their electric payment pad. My server didn't even clear the big empty plates when hecame by for payment. I had to move the big tray to the bar area just to get it off the table. There are other options to goto in the area. Pretty good drinks and service when I've been in the past so maybe tonight was an off night. They were busy for sure but had NO... soda whatsoever. Like none, not even club soda and I don't drink cocktails with juice. A bit disappointing. Read more

This place has good food and service but the management is terrible. I’ve been coming here for years and they cannot keep... staff. Management seems lazy and you can tell they don’t know how to help the servers and bartenders. The place is fallingapart but management is unable to hire someone to fix the mess. The crazy part is there are items that have been broken foralmost a year. It make me think that management is excellent at dodging or dismissing the issues. Look at how managementresponded the guy David’s review below, it was aggressive and dismissive. I bet that customer won’t ever come back.Management never comes out of the office and I’ve been here for 4hrs once and never saw the manager once. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, the most disgusting prepared food I would never eat here it is just convenient... because it’s by the beach. The manager is completely unaware of his staff and what’s going on. He has an excuse foreverything and use profanity on the phone. I would highly suggest to never eat here. Bob’s Pizza or Flanigan’s would be mybest suggestions for around this area! After the worst customer service I’ve ever had with a manager I will never go to anybruise room ever again. Lack of management but good service and great food. This place has a million excuses why the place is dilapidated and falling... apart. Its been in disrepair for over 6 months and the management does not seem to care. We’ve heard that it’s tooexpensive, it’s hard to find the part, there are no mechanics available, it will fix itself. We tried to notify corporate toassist in fixing the problems for the restaurant and bar but good luck trying to get a hold of anyone. Corporate does not answerphone calls or emails but whatever. Maybe someone can start a kickstarter or a donation fund to get the place fixed. Read more
