Walked into the store one afternoon and waited about 5 minutes with no service - in fact, no one was even present upfront. Only... to find 3 of them at the backdoor by the bathroom smoking ganja. So that was fantastic.. They all came back - baked - andpretended all was good. In fact, one of them could be the supervisor? Older guy? Had an uninterested look on his face - as if wewere inconveniencing them. There's always time and place for everything - and all we asked for is basic customer service. Read more
usually very good, made a 15 minute drive to go here. lights were on and everything, store supposedly opened over an hour ago... but when i arrived the door was locked and i could not get in. there was no sign on the door notifying customers as to why thelocation was closed, nor were the hours updated. not sure how they?re closed on a Saturday during lunch time but whatever. Ordered 2 duplicate pizzas for takeout, which was fine over the phone. Delivery was through DoorDash, which was fine and timely.... The taste was ok. I ordered ground beef and some veggies. The ground beef was sparse and some pieces only had 1 or 2 balls ofmeat. I expected more. This was my first time ordering Mod and I think I will try another place the next time. My photo has acouple pieces missing but shows how there?s barely any meat coverage. Read more

*****UPDATED REVIEW AS OF NOV.18,2022- once again they've outdone themselves. I even had a birthday cake, try the NO NAME dark... chocolate cake. The staff were awesome, Emily, Alyssa and a young man who's always in there. I don't know his name. I?ve visitedthe Deerfield location a few times. I?m ALWAYS SATISFIED?.
