Jersey Mike's has ALWAYS been my favorite sandwich shop!!! I chose to leave Subway several years ago and I haven't changed my... mind since finding Jersey Mike's. This location is clean and convenient. Parking is plentiful. The staff is always friendly uponarrival. The ONLY negative I might highlight is just the importance of getting an order correct! I bought a Cheesesteak (#17)about 2 weeks ago, got it home and discovered it had been made incorrectly. I called and they said they'd make me a replacement,for free, when I was ready. Today, I went in, told them I wanted a Cheesesteak (#17), got it and returned to my office only tofind it wasn't a Cheesesteak (#17) but a Chicken Philly (#16). To get 2 sandwiches made incorrectly on 2 successive visits isdistressing but, perhaps, there was some misunderstanding. I'm just NOT a fan of the Chicken Philly (#16). I'll try again, atsome point in the future, and see what the next experience is like for me. If you go there, you'll likely get a really goodsandwich from a friendly crew in a clean location. Just make sure you speak very clearly and you get the right sandwich! Read more
Being a gluten free person. I saw that you have GF bread. So I thought I would try it.it was terrible! GF bread has to be... toasted. Otherwise it tastes like dry dull sand! The employee,when asked to toast the bread,didn't have a clue as to what Imeant! " Put it on your grill and toast it" Didn't toast it. Not even get it warm! Sorry but you lost a customer! Read more
Great staff, great sandwiches! The gentleman with blonde hair and a tattoo on his wrist was extremely helpful and kind!
One of the nicest fast food experiences I've ever had. From making my sandwich to payment, the gentlemen behind the counter did... it all with a smile and were a big part in making my lunch break enjoyable. Kudos to these wonderful employees at the Deerfield,IL location! ???? Read more
