Low review due to service!!!! Go elsewhere if you can! Review is based on my last 3-4 visits there. #1 opened 20min late, since... I'm on my lunchbreak at work, it is not ideal, I couldn't eat there but had to bring food back to work. #2 not only they openedlate, they did not have steak ready to serve, chicken only. Told me to wait another 20min til steak is done cooking. #3 theytend to lock the front door VERY OFTEN, Leaving a note on the door "online orders only". Gotta use the side door to get in andpick up ONLY. That was an unpleasant surprise last week! Pretty upset about that one, again during my lunch break. It was around11:45am! I LITERALLY STOOD INSIDE CHIPOTLE AND MAKE AN ONLINE ORDER FOR PICK UP BECAUSE THESE PPL WPULD REFUSE TO TAKE MY ORDER.#4 when asked for salad they refused to make the dressing, this happened twice in last 2 months..... WARNING!!!! I wish we had an option to leave no stars. This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. I had uncooked rice and... the pettiest scoops. Not one employee looks happy or remotely interested in being there. I seriously waited fifteen minutes inline, mind you, I was the only one there. I thought maybe they had huge online order or whatever but then the employee walkspast me on his phone and turns his back. Okay? Maybe he isn?t the server but then he comes back after another five minutes andserves me. There is an obvious lack of management and customer service. Avoid at all costs! You will regret it. Such a disgusting food!!! I have ordered already two times salad and it came without greens , only few leaves and a little rice,... a lots stuff missing, everything very soggy. There is a nasty liquid on the bottom of the plate. I would never recommend thisplace! It?s a shame for Chipotle that doesn?t stand for consistent quality! Jam packed line with just 1 new guy manning the food line. You could tell he was new because he had to keep trying to figure... out how to roll a burrito.. His coworkers stayed in the back or didn't help him. It was a 20 minute wait with no apologies. They were out of chips. The soda fountain was out of ice and they were missing flavors. The bathrooms were messy and notstocked with toilet paper. Obviously, new management is needed at this location. No one cares. Read more
