We went for the Friday fish fry. We found a seat at the bar for a before dinner drink. We waited 15 minutes for service. The... bartender looked at us but did ask us what we wanted to drink. We were basically ignored. Another staff member also made a drinkin front of us but never offered to serve us. We walked out! Read more
Best Friday fish fry in the area. Friendly, welcoming staff. Friday's it's really busy so be prepared to wait for table and... food. It's worth it! Husband had the bluegill - excellent! Perch - OK. Lots to offer on the menu but everytime I've went the service has been slow. the first time we went we didn't get served at all... and the 2nd time my food was cold. Only giving it 3 stars because 1. The parking for ATVs is nice 2. Ive heard good things aboutthem from others. I'm sure I'll go back. Went on a Friday night for a fish fry. Was recommended by the locals. Very busy when we got there. We were told 1/2 hour for... a table, so we stayed. We did not get our food for 2 hours! By the time we got our food at 9:00 pm, the fryers must not havebeen able to keep up. My perch and bluegill had a mushy texture, and only ate a few bites. Others in our party said theirchicken was OK, but they did not enjoy the fish, either. One person did like their scallops. Did not care for the potato puffs(one of the side choices).
