i’m normally not the type to leave a bad review, but the guy who prepared our order at this location was seriously lacking... training. He asked us which meat was the ham just to give you an idea… the food was good but not worth the 20 times we had torepeat ourselves and point to exactly what we wanted. Read more
New staff is trash along with the new manager barley speaking english and having an attitude just for not understanding her,... even if you’re nice. miss the old staff that was there before she got there. Won’t be coming back. Read more
The young guy on staff working alone today actually delivered the single best steak and cheese sandwich from a subway I have... ever experienced, and I get this sandwich at least once a week. I was thrilled. There was also a very ornery lady ahead of methat was being extremely condescending and rude, he handled her with professionalism, even when she changed what she wantedmore than once, demanded a coupon be used, had talked down to him, and just generally been a terrible human being. 10/10, wouldabsolutely stop here again. Terrible.. I used the subway app to order when I get to the store the guy wasn't even aware there was an order waiting.,so I... had to wait for him to make it. he starts questioning me about what ingredients.. the whole order is right there in front ofhis face on paper but yet he's asking me how to make it I had other things to do so I told him I would be back I go next door toDollar General,the employee called me while I was in Dollar General and informed me that there was no bell pepper or onion, heasked me what he sbould do, told him to make the sandwiches without it.. after doing a little shopping I come back grabbed mysandwiches and leave. Upon getting home, the sandwiches were steak and cheese and they were ice cold not even microwaved ortoasted. the laziness of this employee and this location is just horrible I do not recommend Read more
First time and last one, the worker who made my sandwich, had T-rex arms he grabbed little portions of vegetables, instead of... grabbing regular portions. Read more
Just wanted to say I enjoy going to this location because the guy named Josh there is so friendly and makes the best sandwich in... town. Nobody else does customer service like he does there, and the others could learn a thing or two from him if I am beinghonest. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is the lady (manager I guess?) was not very friendly. Read more
