Again, Sonic you let me down. I ordered on my app so as to ensure the order was correctly done. And again, I had errors, not one... dip sauce in the bag however was clearly requested on my receipt and the food was cold, stale and unappealing!! Trulydisappointed again. 11/9/22 UPDATE--WORST SONIC EVER!!! THE GIRL WORKING THE WINDOW WAS ALSO RATHER SNOBBY FIRST OF ALL, THEN I'VE BEEN EATING AT... SONIC LOCATIONS ALL OVER AND NEVER UNTIL TODAY HAVE I BEEN TOLD I COULDN'T SPLIT THE PAYMENT BETWEEN CASH AND CARD! I should no better by now than to stop at Sonic. But the lure of a slush was too strong. I had to wait ages for a drink, Cheddar... peppers and broccoli tots and when they arrived at long last they'd forgotten my ranch, my tots were cold and my pepperslukewarm. Read more
I waited for my food and drinks for over an HOUR and they never brought it out. I would see cars come and go and they never... brought my order out. They didn't even get on the intercom to let me know that they were running behind or that it would be acertain amount of time. So, I just left and didn't get my order and I. I haven't been to this Sonic in a very long time because I didn't live by it. But today I went with my son and I got the... Sonic buster the ice cream with the M&Ms Large and I didn't know it was going to be like super large but it was good and my songot the pickle Burger and cheese sticks and he said they were the was very good . This location is absolutely terrible. I?ve lived in the area my whole life and this Sonic used to be great. Now, the service is... soooo slow. Multiple times we have had to press the call button to ask where our order is. The orders are often incorrect andthe food is poorly prepared. As others have mentioned, blasts have barely any toppings even when paying for extra toppings. Cupsare messy with ice cream. Sandwiches are slapped together with sauce running out and chicken and hot dogs have been super tough.I?ve made complaints multiple times to their corporate number but the service has failed to improve. You have now lost acustomer and I will be sure to tell friends and family to avoid this location at all costs. Read more
Food is good but orders aren?t always consistent. Staff is friendly but could be more consistent. Best times to visit here when... they?re not slammed. So right after lunch or after 8 pm. Be sure to ask for napkins or you may not get any. Check your orders tomake sure they got it all, before you drive off (made that mistake a few times). Read more
I will not be returning to this sonic, or likely any sonic, for the foreseeable future. I understand labor shortages have become... the new normal but waiting 20+ minutes for drinks is excessive. This sonic is not the only one experiencing long wait times. Tomake matters worse they mark your mobile order as "on the way" which makes you wait because you've already paid. The app doesnot handle refunds and it will take multiple weeks and multiple contacts to get a refund from the operating store. I've beenthere done that. Instead of dealing with the hassle I just won't give sonic my business in the future. Read more
