Nicest McDonald's I've ever been to lol. Which is surprising. Usually other mcdonalds take forever and the workers are rude. But... this one on center has surprised me. I HAD NOT BEEN THERE IN 2 OR 3 YRS. I HAD ORDER AT THE DRIVE-THRU, THE LG BOX OF CHICKEN NUGETS, I ASKED THEM FOR 5 BBQ SAUCE.... A MANAGER GAVE THE ORDER AT THE WINDOW, WHEN I GOT HOME, SHE GIVEN ME ONLY 1 BBQ SAUSE. THAT PIST ME OFF. I DIDN'T GO BACK TOREQUEST MORE BBQ SAUCE. WELL LAST WEEK I RETURNED TO MCDONALD'S AGAIN, ORDERED 2 FISH SANDWICHES. I PD AT THE 1ST WINDOW. IWAIT FOR AWHILE TILL I GET TO THE 2ND WINDOW TO PICK UP MY ORDER, AN EMPLOYEE ASKED ME IF I HAD REQUESTED FOR FRESHLY MADE FISHSANDWICHES, I RESPONDED "NO". I ASKED WELL ARE THEY NOT MADE FRESS? THEY TOLD ME THAT I NEED TO REQUEST "FRESHLY MADE WHEN IORDER, THAT THEY MAKE BURGERS, ECT AHEAD OF TIME. This is an ok establishment as far as cleanliness and quality of food. Don?t expect 5 course meal with silk napkins. But the... staff that these guys have is something else, of which all of them look like they don?t wana be there. And some are rude andpushy while others seem quiet shy and timid. If i could suggest one thing to this establishment would b to hire maybe a lololder crowd and/or people with a little experience. And i get it, experience or not you guys hire. The Big Mac is my go to when I wait too long to eat and starving or after a great show with the band. While it's not on the... board I like the two cheeseburger meal. Worst drive thru experience ever. The location is next to a burger King and the line at BK moves real quick. But today I just... wanted my McDonald's. I waited at the speaker for a while maybe 5 minutes, shouted "hello!!!" and someone took my order. Pulledup to cashier window, nobody was there. The car ahead of me left cause was taking forever. Two cars behind left cause it's 30minute wait at 1am. Not busy hours at all. Finally made it to the second window, nobody took my payment in ten minutes. I couldhave left but was watching the employees walk around like zombies, passing time to get paid. This location needs to fireeveryone. Your store is a JOKE. Read more
I'm really disappointed in the quality of our food as well as the service. I drove through at 11:30am to order lunch for my... family and I. I ordered a quarterpounder w/ cheese, a McDouble, a spicy chicken (which I was told they don't make anymore, butnow as spicy sauce to a regular crispy chicken), a 6pc spicy nuggets, and 3 orders of fries. They didn't put in the nuggets, soI parked and went inside. When I told the cashier, she insisted that they didn't serve spicy nuggets despite the fact thatthey're on the menu. After a few minutes of explaining that they are on the menu and hey arguing with me, I ended up taking theregular nuggets. Once I got home to distribute everyone's food, I noticed that the fries looked like they were leftover fromthe day before. This is really sad considering that I wentjust after breakfast, so they shouldn't been somewhat fresh. Iordered the spicy chicken with only ketchup and cheese, so when I opened it, I pulled the bun off to make sure it was madecorrectly. It was except the bun was totally burned on the inside. I decided that i would just take the bottom bun off, butthen the chicken patty was hard and difficult to bite through. Since I'd assist had issues with the staff there, ifigured itwas pointless to go back to complain. We've never really had any issues with McDonald's until today, but the number of issuesis totally unacceptable. I think if we go back to McDonald's, it will definitely not be this location. Read more
