Great place. Food was excellent. Alligator bites were some of the best I've ever had. Tender, flakey, and hot. Only downside I... had is that their fries weren't as freshly fried and the bread pudding was obviously reheated. But the shrimp, gumbo, catfish,and alligator bites were awesome. Nice atmosphere too. The boudin balls, alligator bites, buffalo shrimp, and crawfish were amazing. Based off these- we'd come back. The gumbo tasted... so burnt we didn't even eat the two bowls we got at the table. This was just an extra so we won't let it take away from theoverall experience of food. It probably would have been delicious if it hadn't been burnt. I doubt it was an intentional smokeyflavor. The service was mediocre at best. We had to continually wait for refills. We even had to get our own a couple times.Asking for anything extra just wasn't worth it because it'd be slow or just not worth trying to wait for the waitressesattention. I had to track the waitress down because she was gone with my credit card for longer than I was comfortable with. Read more

We heard a lot of good things about their crawfish so decided to come try it out. We ordered spicy and 1x. It was spicy on the... outside and had a decent amount of flavor. We ordered the crawfish dip. It was pretty good with the fresh fried pork rinds. Thedip itself was a tad bit salty and thick. We ordered the poboy and gumbo combo. I probably wouldn't order that again next time.Poboy was okay, fries were not crispy and not flavorful, gumbo was okay. Overall, it was a good experience. My favorite crawfish/seafood place ever!!!! You can tell they really care about their food and their service. The food is hands... down some of the best I?ve ever had in my life. The people are amazing. The staff, the patrons, you really feel welcome here!Kinda like a cheers type place, where everyone knows your name. I absolutely love coming here and will continue to do so. I?ll edit stars next trip? for the $$, the half and half crawfish plate was disappointing. The service was slow at lunch, which... surprised me when folks need to turn. I?ll leave the note positive- the fried okra was priced appropriately and was 100% onpoint. Flavor. Taste. Crunch. Serving size. I?ll get that again for sure. Read more
My daughter and I had a late lunch here. The food was fabulous as was the service. I had the stuffed shrimp meal with grilled... vegetables and rice. Very delicious. My daughter had the Boudain Balls basket. This is listed as an appetizer but is largeenough for a meal. Our only complaint was they were out of the fried zucchini appetizer we ordered. Read more
