I usually have no issues with this location but this time today I went during lunch. I ordered a 10 piece with okra and a... jalapeño pepper with a lemonade. When I got to the window the woman didn?t even remember my order. The main issue is thechicken was not fresh nor was the okra. With the way the economy is 18 $ bucks is a lot of money to be paying for non freshfood. That?s unacceptable. I couldn?t go back because I was on lunch. Read more

The customer service has improved in this place. They have friendly staff and they are very welcoming. They keep up really well... with the dining area. I noticed they don't have napkins and silverware available for the customer to eat there . You will needto ask for it. Read more
I see the other reviews here but kindly disagree. We've gone here numerous times and always had great customer service and fresh... food with no issues! Took off the 1 star because I do wish they were open later for after late practices! Read more
