They actually listen to the order although if you're like me & special order, make sure you are very clear & have them repeat it... back but that's what you should do everywhere just to prevent issues. I ordered two of The impossible burgers and I had asked the drive-thru teller to put heavy vegetables lettuce, tomatoes,... pickles, onions but upon receiving my food after returning home there is just pickles and onions. And when I had called thestore the same lady who took my order says the only make the sandwiches with pickles and onions I have been to other Burger Kingrestaurants and they have always told me that it is made with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles so why does this door only dohalf the job and not say anything to the customers about it. This place has gone down hill. Service isn't friendly and when we got our burger and fries they were cold like they've been... sitting out for a while. The fish sandwich we ordered was so hard and tasted old. Management need to get a handle on theiroperation here in Deer Park. No wonder why McDonald's and Whataburger are dominating, they have no competition from Burger King. Read more
If I could give them a zero star I would. I showed up to pick up an online order which was made 20mins before closing and I show... up to be told ?order yourself a refund we are closed for the night? even tho it was 5mins before closing. Highly unprofessionalrude & disrespectful. I have kids that wanted burger king and if that was the case I would of went somewhere else rather thenwasting time & gas on such a place. Love the food, service sucks... ordered chicken sandwich meal, requested no tomatoes, says on my receipt no tomatoes, get home... and open my sandwich, and there tomatoes.... like really? Can they not read? This happends all the time and honestly, good thinkI'm not allergic!!! Girls at drivethru don't ever seem to care. Won't be going back, I'll go somewhere that gets the orderright.
